Hi :) I really like it when this mailing list solves problems that are not really anything to do with LibreOffice. It feels a little off-topic but in a really good and positive way.
@ Tom. Sorry to say it but pretty much everyone will be viewing you as a bit of an IT genius. 1. you looked at a Linux distro and didn't freak out or run&hide 2. you dabbled with the bios Since you've gone waaaay further than that you can be pretty certain that most people will probably see you as being a total geek. Congrats and welcome in!! :))) Errr, i frequently struggle with the 3 stupid remote controls for the tele but that doesn't seem to have diminished my reputation. It just makes people smirk a bit and feel more comfortable which is all good imo. Congrats for fixing the bios! :)) Regards from Tom :) On 14 August 2014 13:18, Thomas Blasejewicz <[email protected]> wrote: > (2014/08/14 19:22), Paul wrote: > >> Hi Thomas, >> >> >> >> Not the way I think it is supposed to work, but yes, this is then a >> laptop issue, not a LibreOffice issue, and most likely not even a >> Linux Mint issue.
