Hi :) Maybe some security or antivirus or firewall or proxy server or flaky wiifi or router in need of reboot. Doesn't sound very likely to me but it's what i would usually say.
This seems to happen quite often when there is a new release but only seems to affect ZenWiz afaik. Don't we usually pass this on to the websites team? Perhaps ZenWiz has a good system for alerting us to a problem and should routinely directly contact the websites team?
