At the end of all mail from the list, you'll find instruction.

tl;dr: send an e-mail to [email protected] using the
email address used to subscribe in the first time.
Note that the "+unsubscribe" part IS NEEDED. Be sure to include it; with
some mail client clicking on this e-mail link don't work; just write the
address [email protected] by hand if it happen.
