Manjaro already has LO 4.0.2 by default!  I'd stick with that!  

I would guess it doesn't use the Debian family (Mint, Ubuntu etc) .deb 
installers but also doubt it uses Redhat's .rpms either.  So, i really don't 
know which would be best to download!
