Hi :)
Errr, it's a feature, not a bug!  It preserves the "audit trail" of the data 
being put into the database.  

To view the data i think you are supposed to use a Query and have that sort or 
filter your data any which way you like.  Calc would then read from the Query 
(hopefully).
