The Faq had it's Base section finished ahead of all it's other sections https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Faq#Base The Publications page has the first couple of chapters of the full guide but each chapter is large enough to almost be a full guide on it's own. There is just too much to say about each stage. Plus this list has been very helpful to pretty much anyone asking about Base. All that without even looking towards OpenOffice forums where they have sections dedicated to Base. Ok, it's still not enough but it's not really all that secret either now.
