Answer: There is, with AutoText. Steps to achieve: 1. Select the whole table 2. Edit > AutoText (or Ctrl+F3) 3. Enter a name + shortcut for the AutoText (e.g. TableNote, tn) 4. Choose "New" on AutoText button 5. chose category (e.g. My AutoText) 6. Press Ok in Categories dialog 7. Press Close in AutoText dialog done. To enter the AutoText, enter its name or shortcut and press F3.
