Hi :) Uninstall-reinstall doesn't "get back to factory defaults". It just picks up all the same settings&configurations you had before.
Probably it's just 1 Extension misbehaving but before starting to pin down which one it might be worth really "getting back to factory defaults" by renaming your User Profile. Renaming the User Profile is usually the easiest, quickest and best way of solving a "weird problem that 'should not' happen" https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Documentation/UserProfile There are still programs that attempt to wipe out everything useful when they uninstall in order to make a fresh new install really set back to basics. However it seems that all programs leave traces of their install in the registry and other troublesome places. The uninstall-reinstall route to factory defaults is unworkable for programs that upgrade often.
