I'm using LibreOffice 4.0.2.2 (Build ID:
4c82dcdd6efcd48b1d8bba66bfe1989deee49c3) on Debian Sid Linux.
The Full Screen toolbar won't close, even though I can remove the Full
Screen button from it.
Google found me ways to do it in LibreOffice 3, but those tricks don't
seem to work in 4.
