Selecting part of the content in a cell and press Ctrl-C is very slow (eg. selecting part of a formula or just two words from a text). It takes about 5 seconds for the UI to give back control to the user.
There is no slowness during pasting to another cell (or adding to the content of a cell) There are also a strange reaction when pasting such a content to a blank cell: Ctrl-Z has no effect. There is no slowness in copying/pasting a cell in full This issue existed before version 4.0. I hoped it was fixed in the new version. PS: In noticed someone posted someting very similar last year under "Libreoffice Impress copy or cut very slow". I just checked and it's still a problem.
