OK, now I understand. These are the steps needed to download the Romanian version of LibreOffice. 1) Use this link: http://www.libreoffice.org/download/?nodetect This opens with the versions of LibreOffice available by the type of
operating system used. Click the windows version.
2) On the next page select Romanian as your language (right column third row down).
3) Select the version of LibreOffice you want by version number.
4) On the next page you should see your LibreOffice version and language. (When I tried this for 3.6.4, I saw "Windows, version
    3.6.4, Romanian.
5) Download LibreOffice and install it.
6) If you want the built-in help files in Romanian, download it from this same page. (Install this after installing LibreOffice.)

See if this will correct the problem.

Well, I'm trying to start the installer in Romanian, in order to give you
some examples, but it won't work. For some reason, it always starts in
English. I have tried changing my OS locale and the format to Romanian, to
no avail. I have tried launching it with msiexec, using the following
command:

  msiexec /i LibO_3.5.3_Win_x86_install_multi.msi TRANSFORMS=:1048

but it still doesn't work. 1048 is listed
here<http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/goglobal/bb964664>as the language
code for Romanian, I hope I'm correct. If I can't start the
damn thing in Romanian, I can't give you any examples.

It is always easy to make accusations about how terrible something
is. What about some specifics of what was translated incorrectly? What
should the correct translation be?
