Hi :) Ahah, thanks Brian :) Grrr, i thought the "nomail" option meant something else. So, where i have advised people to use the nomail option it's better for them to use the digest option instead and then just delete the 1 email per (day, week?). Chances are that most of them were either just totally leaving the lists but were trying to be kind about it. The rest probably figured it out fairly quickly.
