Hi :) Have you been able to contact the devs about this issue and get it resolved?
It's rare to find Mac users at all so the fact that not many people have reported the same problem is not a huge surprise. However, that is unlikely to mean that other people aren't experiencing the same problem. Chances are that if 1 person is having a problem many other people are having it but just not reporting it. Most people give up easily.
