2nd issue.

Issue:
"Insert picture" path problem:
After setting target directory in
Tools>Options>LibreOffice>Paths>Graphics to a specific directory where
all images for docs are kept.
Creating or opening a document, then selecting "Insert picture from
file" from either the toolbar menu or the draw toolbar will open the
user set target directory . But if that document is "saved as" in some
other directory, then edited in the same session and the "Insert
picture from file" is selected, the location of the previous save
directory is opened instead of the user set Graphic directory.
If this is a feature, it is annoying.
Can someone confirm this and if it has been reported?
Also, hints on how to get usable results using the Search in
bugs.freedesktop.org would be appreciated.
