What about an issues mailing list and users on bugs.freedesktop with
names such as "issues-libreoffice-writer" ("issues-libreoffice-calc" etc
- or any name you like) with email "[email protected]"
("[email protected]" etc) ? Issues added or commented would be
sending notifications to corresponding mailing lists.
