Did you install the french language pack? I think, this functionality
comes with the languagepack. You can get the languagepack here if you
don't have it already:

Alternatively, can't you just enter those numbers in the auto correct
file? I would think, that this is probably the easiest way, when
LibreOffice doesn't know it on its own.
Ce n'est pas un bug à proprement parler, c'est un petit inconvénient :)
Autre chose, pas vraiment liée. L'idée d'ajouter une panoplie de
dictionnaires est vraiment bien pensée ! Par contre, pour récupérer de
l'espace disque, je souhaite supprimer les dictionnaires qui ne me servent à
rien. Or, ça semble verrouillé. Il y a un moyen d'aller nettoyer ça ?
Le mieux, à mon humble avis, serait de choisir à l'installation ceux qui
nous sont utiles, voire de les télécharger via l'installeur. Ça ne rendrait
pas le setup plus léger ?
I think you can remove dictionaries you don't need with a "repair
installation", but you have to have admin rights to remove those
unwanted dictionaries.

Sorry, I've sent mail to the wrong list !
Anyway, I've installed the Windows version of LibO. So I've LibO in
French without using any language pack.
So, French numeration didn't work. In the Auto Correct section, I can't
set this...
