I understand why you are presenting all the various scenarios, but it is much
simpler than that. Think of it like the stock market or a pinball machine
with 40k balls bumping into each other. Things are always changing. But my
clients will be satisfied with one snapshot of where things stand each day.
So ALL data in ALL 1400 markets HAS to be recalculated every day.

The initial plan was to house a MYSQL database in a medium instance on AWS.
I would then spin up two large instances on AWS for four hours a night to
process the data. That was the initial plan if I could find a way to process
the data fast enough.
