Let's say it this way ... as soon as the HTML world delivers the same services with the same maturity and the same tooling ... then I might think about switching ;-)
Currently they have a lot of similar concepts, but the implementation usually doesn't fully reach the features you get with Flex for free. Cause it's not worth a cent to me, if the concept is there, but it doesn't perform in practice or it's incompatible with other stuff. When I only think about the insane mixture of competing JavaScript frameworks that a lot of public pages have to mix in order to get 100% of the functionality they need, I really start feeling sick ;-) Modern HTML based web development sort of feels like being a hacker than a developer.
