I think some changes are needed in the vm template, if ACS has already allocated the requested disk size to the vm - a service like `cloudbase-init` (refer to https://cloudbase-init.readthedocs.io/en/latest/services.html#apache-cloudstack) - or autostart powershell scripts please test it . some changes might be required when the partitions are different.
