While attempting to install CloudStack packages on Ubuntu (Jammy), I
encountered an error accessing the repository. Specifically, the

The error returned is:
Error HTTP/1.1 502 Bad Gateway

The VM behind the CDN died and is currently being fixed. This VM runs
on a CloudStack+Ceph installation, but that has nothing to do with it ;-)
Somehow a grub/apt update failed and this caused /boot to be empty. Need
to re-install kernels and get everything up and running again.
It is back! This VM runs Ubuntu 22.04.5 and somehow the latest kernel (
5.15.0-152-generic ) installation had failed, the initramfs was broken.
initramfs re-created, GRUB update and it's back again.
