Hi all, I was wondering if I am missing something: I am using Alma Linux 9.6 as hypervisor and linstor/drbd as primary storage (LVM thin pool). I cannot discard / trim in guest VM (ubuntu 24 / ext4 file system): fstrim -v / fstrim: /: the discard operation is not supported lsblk -D NAME DISC-ALN DISC-GRAN DISC-MAX DISC-ZERO sr0 0 512B 0B 0 vda 0 512B 0B 0 └─vda1 0 512B 0B 0 Thin pool discard passdown is enabled. In qemu xml: discard='unmap' Are there any limitations? Same setup but ubuntu24 as hypervisor it works out of the box. Thank you! BR Wilken
