I see this discussion was closed, was there a PR submitted and merged that addresses this? I'm pretty sure we just saw this on 4.20.1 where renaming interfaces ultimately resolved the issue (we had mapped the native interface names into more 'friendly' names). infra100g1 and infra100g2 were the names, renaming to ethinfra100g1 and ethinfra100g2 resolved this.
