Hi All,

We have a production environment running with 8 host machines connected to
a SAN device using iSCSI and an OCFS2 cluster. We are in the process of
scaling by adding more host machines. However, we’re facing challenges with
the OCFS2 cluster configuration — the new nodes are not being reflected in
the cluster.

After multiple configuration attempts and investigations, we’ve discovered
that OCFS2 has limitations when it comes to dynamically adding nodes.
Restarting services is not an option at this stage, as this is a live
production setup.

Has anyone successfully managed an OCFS2 cluster on CloudStack and added
nodes dynamically without service interruption? Any guidance or suggestions
would be greatly appreciated.
