The problem was related to non-existing "API" rights in cloud.role_permissions for Domain admins and users.
Since admin user has * record, it works for admin.

HTTP 432 Errors in JS / Network requests:
"The API [listZones] does not exist or is not available for the account Account [{\"accountName\..."

A quick&dirty fix: add ALLOW list* for role_id 3 and 4to cloud.role_permissions.

Existing users (role: User) cannot login (bypass login screen), if
dynamic.apichecker.enabled is set to true.

Main Admin user works fine.
