This has been fixed in 4.19.1 milestone, should be available in the upcoming 4.19.1.0 release.

When a user types in incorrect credentials, it is not saying incorrect username or password any more. Instead it acts like it is going to log in, you get the spinning icon, and it sits there. If you try and refresh the page, then the login prompt never comes back, it just sits at the spinning icon spinning. To log in, you must clear the data from the browser’s cache. I am on 4.19.1. Is this a known issue?
