*Dear CloudStack Community,* We are currently experiencing an issue with accessing port 443 on our Secondary Storage Virtual Machine (SSVM) while using CloudStack version 4.17. Despite ensuring that port 443 is configured to listen on the SSVM server, we are unable to establish a connection.
Here are some details about the issue: - *CloudStack Version:* 4.17 - *SSVM Configuration:* Port 443 is confirmed to be listening. - *Issue:* Unable to access SSVM over port 443. All other functionalities and ports appear to be working as expected. - *Troubleshooting Steps Taken:* We have verified network configurations and firewall settings, and confirmed that port 443 is not blocked at the network level. The SSVM has also been restarted, but the issue persists. We would appreciate any guidance or suggestions on how to resolve this issue. If additional logs or configurations are needed for troubleshooting, please let us know, and we will provide them promptly. Thank you in advance for your assistance. *SSVM Port Status:* [image: image.png] Regards Mosharaf Hossain Manager, Product Development IT Division Bangladesh Export Import Company Ltd.
