For the dark theme, you can try to use the CSS file[1] added in PR
#8942[2], it may need some tweaking to work properly, depending on the
ACS version you are using. The PR #8942[2] adds a runtime system for the
GUI of ACS, applying themes based on the account, ACS domain or internet
domain name of the user that access the platform. This feature is
expected to be released in the 4.20 version of ACS, and it is fully
described in the PR [2]. You can review and add some comments if you
think it requires some improvements.
