It's not a database problem. The error indicates, the storage repo already
exists / created for the NFS
'10.X.X.X/BETA17_NFS17TESTCLOUDSTACK418MAD3B_ST18' (pool id:
103b1d87-a098-39b8-94d8-b2fe683e29e1) on host with id
'0d7d1b8f-5fc5-45b3-a362-cd3a7ad4a896'. Is the NFS re-used here for the new
zone? If so, can you try with new / unused NFS?
