I haven't, but I can't see which one to update. There is only the 
router.template.KVM that seems to change the name, but the template has the 
same name as the previous template. I have added it with this command:
/usr/share/cloudstack-common/scripts/storage/secondary/cloud-install-sys-tmplt 
-m /mnt/secondary -u 10.10.10.10/files/systemvm-updated.qcow2.bz2 -h kvm -F

That is what I found on the global settings:
router.template.kvm -- Name of the default router template on KVM.  -- Advanced 
 --  SystemVM Template (KVM)

I have replaced the old template, but I don't understand how the changes made 
to this template do not exist in the new SystemVMs and routers created. It 
looks like it is still using the old one even though everything has been 
updated (DB, Secondary storage, template) with the new template ID.
