Hello Swen,
PR #7659[1] was recently created to extend ACS by giving users the
possibility to create scripts (in JavaScript) to direct resources
(Volumes, Templates, Snapshots, and ISOs) to a specific secondary
storage. The initial functionality is only bare-bones and could be
further extended to attend to your needs. The feature injects data
(heuristics) of the following resources: Volumes, Templates, ISOs,
Volume Snapshots, and Secondary Storages. Currently, it does not support
variables that would allow the user to dedicate a secondary storage to a
given domain. However, the use case you presented makes perfect sense
and I will add it to this new feature.
Issue #7654[2] presents a simple specification of the feature. You could
review it and add a second point of view to this specification. I would
gladly appreciate any comment or improvement upon it.
Best regards,
Bryan (@BryanMLima)

The use case would be to provide a private cloud within a cloudstack

Not at the moment.
What's your use case there?

Subject: dedicated secondary storage
Hi all,
is it possible to create a secondary storage dedicated to a domain? Thx for
a quick reply. :-)
