Sorry yes, we are in the UK so we are in BST at the moment, all servers were
set to BST apart from the consoleproxy and secondary storage VM so I changed
those to BST.
From the management server log, I do see an error towards the bottom if that
means anything to you? I extracted this log as soon as I tried to initiate the
VNC connection.

timesync should be ok in your environment. The CPVM uses UTC timezone, which is
different from the timezone setting of your management server (does it use BST
?)
