kubertes tables CS 4.15.2

Hello,

Following a restoration of my database, I no longer have the kubernetes_ 
tables.

I am using CS 4.15.2Do you know how I can import the definitions of 
these tables?

I was not using Kubernetes so the tables are normally empty!
