do not recommend upgrading without fixing the errors before.
2. Here is your problem :

3. Do a select in your table "nicira_nvp_router_map;" and see what you have
inside. You can try to stop the cloudstack, drop manually "DROP INDEX
`logicalrouter_uuid" from db and start again the cloudstack, see if works.
4. I assume that you have followed this documentation :
