This was a perfectly excellent question. I had this question myself and
was considering asking it here. However, it is this sort of response that can
discourage others from asking questions. I do pay attention to this list, I had
this question, I googled, I spend a decent amount time on social news sites and
I didn’t know.
I appreciate your contribution to the list with this information, but
not the attitude with which is was delivered.
