The ACS virtual routers use VRRP for high availability, so yes you shouldn't 
have a problem with multicast. Just make sure you're allowing multicast on your 
host servers from an iptables perspective.

my setup as following

1-     Cloudstack 4.8.0 basic zone with centos 6.5

2-     My host servers is xenserver 6.5
