total number of vCPU not available on OS side (ACS 4.5.2 VMware)

Hello,

 

     I see a small issue on my Vmware with ACS 4.5.2, i'm not sure if this
have anything to do with ACS.

 

     I just did a deploy for VM with 4vCPU bu i see only 2 Core on VM side,
