HI,

Can you paste the management server logs so we can see the error when you try 
create the VPN
And you have upgrade the Virtual Router with the new template after the 
cloudstack upgrade
and after changing the global settings (from the other email thread)?

Hi All,

I have successfully upgraded cloudstack management server from 4.3.1 to 4.7.1, 
after upgrading REMOTEVPN is not working and creating new REMOTEVPN is also not 
working.

Presently we are using underline hypervisor xenserver 6.2, now i want upgrade 
from xenserver6.2 to xenserver 6.5. if any one done this and succeeded, please 
provide the succeeded link.
