Good day,

Please have a look at your Management IP address you are using when you are 
running the DB scripts. Make sure it matches was you have in your hosts file
Also when you start up the management server watch the logs 
(/var/log/cloudstack/management/management-server.log)

If you can, please paste the logs in this thread?

I am still new to this and trying to run jetty server i get the following

On http://localhost:8080/client I get
