Hi Andrei and Sam,

My instance wasn't HA enabled so I've done that now (also re-installed both the
xen servers). How do I assign this instance to a xen server? Its currently in a
stopped state and if I attempt to start it up it says "Unable to start a VM due
to insufficient capacity". I'm assuming it doesn't know where to fire up this
instance.

This scenario would probably occur when a xen server hosting a non-HA'ed
instance dies right? Be interested to know how to recover from such an outage.

Cheers,
