Is there any logic to ensure the system template comes from the secondary storage with in the same zone? During our upgrade it looks like system templates are being pulled from secondary storage in different zones.

After running the restart script I noticed it taking a while for some of the VM's to restart. Taking a closer look it appears that something is being copied to the host before the new VM is started.
