Hi Rajesh, It is shared storage, and I have six hosts xen server 6.2 service pack and 1004 patch, cloud stack 4.3 (upgraded from 4.2.1 and 4.2.1 was upgraded originally from 2.2.14), there is nothing in the log file as when I click in the UI it does not produce the prompt where I select other available hosts, on the contrary when I do the same with I pre-defined offering with other VM the icon is clickable and it prompts me to move to another available host (same exact environment however the only difference is the VM is created with pre-defined offerings).
I will see if the management log file produces anything, however I doubt it.
