[ACS 4.3] Autoscale Button hidden ?

Hello Folks,


With acs 4.2, i had the button "Autoscale" in order to launch autoscale
wizard on a lb rule set on the UI.

With acs 4.3, i don't have this button anymore.

Any ideas ?
