Hi Sandeep, Is your sec storage the same as the management server? If not check to see that there is communication between the management server and the sec storage nfs server (rpcinfo -p <sec storage nfs server ip>) and see what ports and versions the daemons are listening on. Check your iptables as per documentation or better yet disable and try the template installation again (service iptables stop or iptables -F). Also what's in the management server logs related to the template installation?
