Do you have a eth1 instead of eth0? It means you probably still have
eth0 mapped on the MAC address of the original VM the template came out
of.
I suggest you install libguestfs-tools and run virt-sysprep on your
template. This will wipe out the udev rules for network interfaces,
reset selinux, reset the random seed etc so that the template can be
used properly.
