Don't worry. I deployed success with 4.1. You just need follow exactly the installation guide. Some troubles if you use openvswitch instead of linux bridge. Normally we should use 2 NICs, but it's still ok with only 1 NIC. Cloud0 is automatically generated when cloudstack-agent starting
