Hi, There is a global setting parameter called " vm.network.throttling.rate" , if this is set , the value in compute offering will be overwrite with this. For the rate limit value in compute offering to take effect, set the global paramet to 0 and restart management server. Btw network rate limit applies only to outbound traffic, but not for inbound traffic.
