If the hardware you are using does not have VT-d support (check the BIOS), then
you will be limited in what VMs you can run, and you will not be able to use it
with CloudStack by default.
If this is a simple test rig, and you want to use this hardware, you will need
to run the following SQL statement on your CloudStack MySQL Server to tell
CloudStack to ignore the fact that your XenServer does not have HVM Support
(due to lack of Hardware Virtualisation Support)
INSERT INTO `cloud`.`configuration` (`category`, `instance`, `component`,
`name`, `value`, `description`) VALUES ('Advanced', 'DEFAULT',
'management-server', 'xen.check.hvm', 'false', 'Shoud we allow only the
XenServers support HVM');
