My hosts run xcp-xapi. I tried adding the standard Ubuntu 12.04.1 64bit iso to
CS but I was not able to get the VM to start (used "other Ubuntu 64"). Do I
need to create the VM on a different xen machine and then export a vhd?

Regarding credentials, is there an aws like metadata server that can be used to
set the ssh keys and user data scripts (cloud-init).
