Hi I am afraid we only have a bit in the docs and source code, you can take a look at. However plc4j has plenty of docs, and its usually a matter of setting up the driver and its custom configuration. And potentially some tags and whatnot.
Christoph the creator of plc4j has service offerings around this project and he would be able to help much more. And if you are serious on using this, then it may be worth to have a commercial engagement with Christophs company.
