Hi Because its based on spring rabbitmq client in the same way camel-jms is based on spring-jms.
The camel-rabbitmq has a lot of custom developed code to interact with rabbitmq that the camel community/team needs to maintain ourselves. Instead its better to reuse spring rabbitmq as base.
